All new DFSK vehicles are sold standard with a 1 Year and/or 60 000Km Warranty. This warranty is held by DFSK and administered by SA Warranties for your peace of mind.

For the duration of your warranty period your DFSK vehicle will be covered by 24 Hour AA Road side assistance (Tel: 082-289-7099)

With affordable service & maintainence costs DFSK South Africa aims to offer afforable motoring alternatives to the South Africa.

With a broad yet ever growing dealer network we aim to ensure efficient service of your DFSK vehicle.

In order to achieve this we have a fully equipped aftersales service/team which includes technical and customer relations. Our dedicated aftersales team offers our dealers any support they may need in order to rectifying a matter. If a matter is unable to be rectified by  the dealership, DFSK South Africa has a fully equipped R&D centre located in Midrand, Gauteng .

The customer care department adheres to a prescribed process of handling complaints whereby complaints will be handled in the order they are received.

If a vehicle cannot be repaired in a reasonable amount of time and/or a “VOR” part is unavailable , at the discretion of DFSK South Africa a vehicle may be made available to the customer.

Parts

All DFKS parts are imported and distributed by Parts Support and warehoused in Roodepoort, Gauteng.

DFSK SA has invested Millions of Rands towards a state of the art Warehouse and Part Supply.

If a vehicle is VOR (Vehicle Off Road) due to the unavailability of parts, it is then policy that the parts needed will be air freighted in at DFSK SA’s expense.

DFSK SA has a First Parts Pick Rate of over 90%, which is higher than most established vehicle manufactures, importers and distributors.

Parts are available through the DFSK dealer network through out the country.
